Per-vent ads ($25/vent) are designed to land cheap and add up fast — most $59 ad jobs end at $400+ after upsells. A flat written quote tells you the total before we lift a tool. No surprises, no upsell games.
Do you charge a trip fee or dispatch fee for an estimate? add
No. Quotes are free, written, and locked. We only charge a $75 dispatch if you cancel within 4 hours of a confirmed appointment or no-show.
Are these prices the same in every city? add
Yes for cities within 30 miles of SLC. Cities at our 60-mile edge (Provo, Heber, Tooele) include nominal travel labor on long projects, always quoted in writing first.
Do you price-match competitors? add
We don't price-match the $59-coupon crowd because we are not doing the same job — we do the full HVAC system, not register-only. We DO match honest written quotes from another NADCA-aligned local crew on identical scope.
What payment methods do you accept? add
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, cash, and ACH for commercial accounts. For projects over $1,500, GoodLeap or Synchrony 0% APR financing is available.
Is sales tax included in these prices? add
Utah state + applicable local sales tax is added to the invoice. Listed prices are pre-tax.
Do maintenance plan members get discounts on these prices? add
Yes — Essential plan members save 10%, Comfort save 15%, Total Air save 20% on all repairs and add-ons. Plus annual entitlements (tune-ups, dryer vent, etc.) are included free in plan tiers.
What if I find a cheaper quote from another company? add
Send us the written quote — if scope matches and the company is licensed and insured, we will match it. Verbal quotes or coupon-flyer prices don't qualify.
When is payment due? add
On completion of work. We invoice immediately and payment is expected same-day for residential. Commercial accounts on net-30 with COI on file.
Do prices change seasonally? add
No price gouging. Same flat rates Dec–Feb (busy) as April–May (slow). Same-day priority slots may book up; plan members jump the line.
